There are a
number of contractors out there who will promise you the moon…only to
deliver cheese. Builder licensing has recently been mandated in the
State of Georgia which will no doubt filter out a number of them. You
can still, however, get stuck by a contractor with a good sales pitch
and poor follow-through.
